Paul,
Many thanks for getting this up early
While disappointing, it was a relativley easy decision to make, thanks to all those who assisted.
Could we amend the Forum calender entry also please.
Thanks
Paul
early call is helpfull - clearly disappointing givne all the arrangements by the committee and individuals having sold thier souls for the fishing time too.........guess I had better go and look at the jobs list again - for some reason 'postponed' doesn;t automatically carry over the permission!
duly noted, thanks for the early heads up on this one, I am still available for committee duties on the new date.

Forum calendar is broken

can't understand this weather thing -
OK this was a whole 5 days ago but looking at the next 5 days it will be a faint memory before we see the likes again!
Good call I didn't like the prospect of launching the boat
in winds pushing 50mph with driving rain
I cant fish the 16th tho I'm taking the missus to see Wet Wet Wet!
I kinda mentioned to her ,if we could come back early and she gave
me a stare like Ive never seen before! followed by "I cant believe you asked me that, I'll pretend I didn't here you" !
(shes a big fan and booked the tickets 9 months ago)
Good luck everyone that's fishing
James

Gordon,
A tip for the next comp. Order your bait from Alec and you will not have to commit to taking it until the day before. I would be happy to collect for you prior to the comp if you like.
Or maybe we can get a batch of orders ?
Paul,
Sound like a good plan lets get it sorted for the 16th.
Gordon
Is this still a 'bait option' for the 16th or have I left it too late... as usual...
I too would be interested if still a plan
